Kids on the Move!
XLR8
(“accelerate”) is a major part of
children’s ministry specifically designed for
elementary-aged kids (2nd-5th grades). We believe that
children at this age have an insatiable appetite for leaning
about the Bible and discovering Jesus Christ. They are ready
to start putting their faith in motion and we want to be
there for them every step of the way. TheXLR8 team is
committed to co-labor with parents in their efforts of
building a solid, biblical, spiritual foundation upon
which they not only can stand, but go full speed ahead for
the Lord.

ABOUT XLR8
We have created an awesome
teaching environment which allows us to impact children in a
way that is fun, relevant and age appropriate.
- The Bible comes
alive through creative object lessons, skits, and
reenacted storytelling, video and other media, songs and
much more.
- Rewards
points - we’ve established an incentive program
that rewards kids for their active participation in XLR8.
Children accumulate “reward points” when they answer
questions during the teaching time, memorize scripture,
bring their bibles, bring a friend, and/or for completing
the home-connection sheet called “Zipline”). Once a month
children have the opportunity to redeem their points for
cool, fun prizes.

Praise - This Generation of children loves to
praise the lord… with lots of energy!
TG Praise is comprised of several children who have been
carefully selected to exemplify a heart of worship. This
awesome group of kids is led by an adult or high school
student who also has a passion for teaching and inspiring
kids in XLR8 to worship the Lord in “spirit and truth”.
